THE HANDBOOK

The Collections

The Collections is an ongoing editorial study of fashion—imagined, constructed, and documented through the world of amadeo amadeo. Each collection is built slowly and deliberately, blending garment, image, gesture, and atmosphere into a singular point of view. These works are not trend responses, but emotional records—fashion as memory, process, and ritual.

The Scents

Scent mattered to me long before I understood why.
When I think back on my earliest memories, they are almost always described through smell—the air inside my grandparents’ house, the mix of oil and metal in a garage, the sharp green heat of a vegetable garden in summer.

Over time, I realized scent is the most immediate way I access memory. It pulls experiences from somewhere deep and intact, without needing explanation. I can smell a pot of sauce and know instantly if it’s right. I can be brought back to a table, a room, a moment with family, without trying.

I use scent as a way to document my past and to build emotional architecture in the present. It shapes how we move through a day, how a space feels, how memory lingers. A soap in the shower, incense burning in the afternoon, a fragrance worn at night—each becomes part of a personal ritual.

Within amadeo amadeo, scent is one of the mediums I use to tell stories and build a world. Some scents are comforting. Some are provocative. Some are unsettling. All of them are meant to be lived with, worn, encountered, and remembered.
