A hand-sewn puppet made entirely from scrap canvas — its body loosely stitched, filled with torn bible pages, and shaped into a figure that feels both human and otherworldly. Created as a kind of studio mascot, it’s sat with me through countless projects, absorbing the energy of making, observing more than it speaks.

Working on this piece was an exercise in patience and play — stepping outside my usual practices to learn new techniques and rediscover the joy of creating something simply to exist.
